7A have had a busy time in the run up to Easter.

We have continued to practice our music skills in My Creativity, playing along to Three little birds’ on the xylophone and recorders. We have really enjoyed this and have mastered playing and singing all together.

Mr Welsh joined us for lunch last week, after we won his tombola spin.

We have been working hard on our number skills in My Thinking and Problems solving. Some of us have been working on our money skills whilst others worked on number bonds.

7A made beautiful Mothers Day cards saying things we loved about our mums. Some lovely conversations took place about how much our mums do for us and how much it is appreciated. We hope you liked them.

In The World around me, we planted some sunflower seeds. We talked about what they needed to grow and have nurtured them. These have been sent home and hope they continue to thrive.

In ICT 7A have been continuing to discuss staying safe online and being kind to others whilst online. Learners had some fantastic ideas of how this could be done with the main one being telling a trusted adult if they were worried about anything.

During PE we have been making the most of the lovely sunshine and doing some outdoor team games. Everyone worked exceptionally well in their teams and had a great time.

To end our last week in school, 7A took part in our Jim,Jam,Jog. Everybody had a great time in the sunshine, dressed in their Pj’s listening to the music.

What a great end to the week!

We hope you all have a fantastic Easter break.
